When we think of our criminal rights we more than likely think of Miranda v Arizona. The Miranda decision was based on the Bill of Rights of the United States. The 5th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution.

We will cover the first 10 Amendments to the Constitution of the United States that make up what is called the Bill of Rights.

To fully understand your rights we must examine the Arizona criminal statutes. These are the Arizona Revised Statutes. We will focus on Title 13, which covers Arizona criminal law.
